REFUNDS
Once shipped, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if an item is damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. DAMAGED ITEMS
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us within five days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will need to see photos of the damage to assess what the next step will be. Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for paying for return shipping on items damaged in transit by the postal service. Damage item complaints can be sent to us using our CONTACT PAGE.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you want an exchange for an item of equal value, that is still available for purchase, and contact us within 24 hours of your purchase, and exchange may be possible. Please send exchange requests via our CONTACT PAGE.
