How long does it take my order to ship?
Depending on the shipping service you choose, orders can take 2-7 days to be processed and dropped off at the postal location. USPS orders ship quicker, and UPS and FedEx orders take a few extra days.
Tracking your package:
Depending on which postal carrier you chose at checkout, you may track your package at:
1. USPS.com
2. UPS.com
3. FedEx.com
Tracking may not show once international parcels leave the United States.
Your tracking number is always sent to the contact email you provided at checkout. For any questions or concerns regarding whether your order has shipped, please contact us via our CONTACT PAGE.
Oops. I was too excited at checkout and I mistyped my address. Now what?
We ship your order to the address you provided, and checked before purchasing. If you don't update your address at checkout you risk your package going to the wrong destination. If you need us to change an accidental incorrect address you must get a hold of us through e-mail (on our CONTACT PAGE) before we ship your items. There is nothing we can do to retrieve a package once it has been sent to the wrong destination. We will not be liable for packages going to the wrong place or being returned to me if you don't claim it at the post office or use the wrong address. Any packages returned to us are eligible to be re-shipped at the buyers cost. You will be emailed if we receive a returned package. If we do not receive any communication from you for over a week, the items may be refunded and resold. If the item is lost/never returned after delivery to a incorrect address, we can't do anything for you. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your information is current and correct.
International Orders and Customs fees:
We do ship world wide and have no control of international shipping, customs fees, tariffs and post offices. I can not be held liable for lost or stolen packages once the item is delivered to the post office. This is a risk you must be willing to take. We write the correct amount on all customs forms and I will not falsify any documents for anyone (including marking a purchase as a gift). When I sign a customs form it is a federal document and it is illegal for me to falsify information on said document (perjury) . If customs realizes the information is false you (the customer) will be liable for fees anyway and any legal issues arising from it. We cannot engage in illegal behavior that can put us, our business, or you at risk.
Packaging:
At this time we do not offer special packaging. All our items ship in sturdy cardboard mailing boxes, and our items are well packed and secured using bubblewrap and packing paper. Not many frills, but our orders almost always arrive in perfect condition.
