FIRST AND FOREMOST: Please be aware that our items are art pieces, and not toys designed for young children. The can be fragile, have choking hazards, and are not designed to be handled roughly or carelessly.

BY PURCHASING THROUGH OUR SHOP, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. If you are a minor, please have your parent or guardian purchase for you. We appreciate our fanbase of young people, and hope you understand that this policy protects your safety as well as ours.

CUSTOM ORDERS, HOLDS, AND PAYMENT PLANS:
We only take custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Please keep in mind a custom order is a variation on one of the dolls we already make. We do not take ‘commissions’ which are orders to make an entirely new creature design not already in our lineup.
At this time, we do not accept holds of any kind on items. However, we do have a rewards club called the Creature Keepers Club. It is a subscription that allows you early access to our shop updates. We cannot guarantee you will get the item you want, as you will be competing with other Club members, however it helps significantly reduce competition for limited creatures.
We do take payment plans on Pre-Order creatures only. These payment plans are called Layaways, keep reading for details on how they work.

LAYAWAYS
We allow layaways up to 4 months on pre-order creatures. Not all of our creatures are available through pre-order. To see our current pre-order availability, visit the SHOP PAGE.
Our minimum monthly payment for layaway plans is $100usd.
Here is an example of how our layaway policy works:
”Wyverns can be put on layaway for up to 4 months. The full payment of $425 usd plus shipping cost can be spread out as either: 2 payments of $213 over a 2 month period, 3 payments of $142 over a 3 month period, or 4 payments of $106.25 over a 4 month period. The full cost of shipping will be added onto the final payment (shipping will vary depending on your location, but tends to be around $20 domestic and $35-$60 international).
Layaway payments are made through our main shop page and due on the same day each month.
Layaway payments are non-refundable and will not be paid back if a layaway is cancelled. Failure to pay within a week of the due date, or inability of the seller to contact the buyer for longer than two weeks will result in a cancelled layaway, and payments will not be refunded.
Photos of the finished doll will require approval from the buyer before it will be shipped. The doll will ship within a week of receiving the final layaway payment.”

Keep in mind, layaway payments are non-refundable for any reason.
