Hatchlings are made from a combination of resin cast parts and high quality fake fur. Their head, feet, and tail are resin casts from original sculptures and hand painted with acrylics. Their plush bodies are stuffed with a mixture of polyfoam and beans to give them a realistic weight. Hatchlings are approximately 3 1/2 inches tall by 3 inches wide. Due to their handmade nature, please allow for slight variations between each hatchling as they all turn out to be unique individuals!

PLEASE NOTE: this is a work of art and not a toy intended for small children. Hatchlings must be handled with care and treated respectfully to ensure a long life. Each chick is entirely handmade and there will be small variations between each one.
